These Terms of Service explain how you may use EduRenaline. By using the app you agree to these Terms and to the Apple Standard EULA.
1. Who we are
EduRenaline is a brain-training app operated by Seungeob Shin. Contact: sinzjang@gmail.com.
2. The service
The Service includes cognitive training games (attention, memory, reading, processing speed, executive control), play history, routines, and optional Pro features. We may improve, add, or pause features for maintenance. We will try to give notice when a change is significant.
EduRenaline is for education and self-practice. It is not medical care and does not diagnose or treat any condition.
3. Accounts
You may sign in with Apple, Google, or continue as a guest. Please keep your account details accurate and do not share your account. You may delete your account in Profile > Delete Account. Deletion removes server-side account data. Purchases made through Apple are managed by Apple, so cancel the subscription separately if you do not want it to renew.
4. Your responsibilities
Please use the app lawfully. You must not impersonate others, disrupt the service, reverse-engineer the app, or misuse another person’s information.
5. Auto-renewable subscription (EduRenaline Pro)
Pro is optional. Free users can train with a daily limit. Pro is billed as an auto-renewable subscription through Apple.

- Benefits: unlimited play, no ads, Focus Environment (white noise)
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
- The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and turn off auto-renewal in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
- Refunds follow Apple’s refund policy

6. Intellectual property
Games, text, images, audio, and software in the app belong to EduRenaline or our licensors. Please do not copy or redistribute them without permission.
7. Disclaimer
We work to keep the Service available, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted (for example network outages or maintenance). We are not responsible for issues caused by your device settings or by using the app in a way these Terms do not allow.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be submitted to the Seoul Central District Court, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

이 이용약관은 EduRenaline을 사용하는 방법을 설명합니다. 앱을 이용하시면 본 약관과 Apple 표준 EULA에 동의하시게 됩니다.
제1조 (운영 주체)
EduRenaline은 Seungeob Shin이 운영하는 두뇌 훈련 앱입니다. 문의: sinzjang@gmail.com
제2조 (서비스)
서비스에는 인지 훈련 게임(주의력, 기억, 읽기, 처리 속도, 실행기능), 플레이 기록, 루틴, 선택형 Pro 기능이 포함됩니다. 기능을 개선하거나 점검 때문에 잠시 멈출 수 있으며, 중요한 변경이 있으면 안내하려고 노력합니다.
EduRenaline은 학습·자기 연습용이며, 의료 행위가 아니고 질병을 진단하거나 치료하지 않습니다.
제3조 (계정)
Apple, Google로 로그인하거나 게스트로 이용할 수 있습니다. 계정 정보를 정확하게 유지해 주시고, 다른 사람과 공유하지 마세요. 프로필 > 회원 탈퇴로 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 탈퇴 시 서버에 저장된 계정 데이터가 삭제됩니다. Apple을 통한 결제는 Apple이 관리하므로, 자동 갱신을 원하지 않으면 구독을 따로 해지해 주세요.
제4조 (이용자의 의무)
법령을 지키며 이용해 주세요. 타인 사칭, 서비스 방해, 앱 역공학, 다른 사람의 정보 오용은 할 수 없습니다.
제5조 (자동 갱신 구독 — EduRenaline Pro)
Pro는 선택 사항입니다. 무료 이용자는 하루 플레이 횟수 제한이 있습니다. Pro는 Apple을 통한 자동 갱신 구독으로 결제됩니다.

- 혜택: 무제한 플레이, 광고 제거, 집중 환경(화이트노이즈)
- 구매 확인 시 Apple ID로 결제됩니다
- 현재 기간 종료 최소 24시간 전에 해지하지 않으면 자동 갱신됩니다
- 갱신 요금은 현재 기간 종료 전 24시간 이내에 계정으로 청구됩니다
- 설정 > Apple ID > 구독에서 구독을 관리하고 자동 갱신을 끌 수 있습니다
- 환불은 Apple 환불 정책을 따릅니다

제6조 (지적재산권)
앱의 게임, 텍스트, 이미지, 오디오, 소프트웨어는 EduRenaline 또는 라이선스 제공자에게 있습니다. 허락 없이 복제하거나 배포하지 말아 주세요.
제7조 (면책)
서비스를 안정적으로 제공하기 위해 노력하지만, 네트워크 장애나 점검처럼 중단이 생길 수 있습니다. 기기 설정 문제나 본 약관에 어긋나는 사용으로 인한 문제는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
제8조 (준거법)
본 약관은 대한민국 법률을 따릅니다. 분쟁은 서울중앙지방법원을 관할 법원으로 합니다. 다만 소비자 보호 법령이 다른 관할을 요구하면 그 법령이 우선합니다.
