What is EduRenaline?

EduRenaline is a brain-training app. Short games help you practice attention, working memory, processing speed, reading, and executive control. You can play individual games or follow a daily routine. Training is meant to feel calm and repeatable, not stressful.

The programs are educational tools. They are not medical diagnosis or treatment.

What is EduRenaline Pro?

Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription. Free users can still train, with a daily play limit. Pro removes that limit so you can practice whenever you like.

Pro currently includes:

• Unlimited game play (no daily 3-session cap)
• Ad-free training so your focus is not interrupted
• Focus Environment (white noise such as rain, waves, café, and similar sounds)

Plans shown in the App Store:

• 1 month — $3.99
• 3 months — $9.99
• 1 year — $29.99

The price you see in the App Store for your country is the price that will be charged. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple will charge the renewal to the same Apple ID.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the current period ends.

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
2. Tap your name (Apple ID)
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Select EduRenaline
5. Tap Cancel Subscription

If you cannot find the subscription, make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase.

How do I restore a purchase?

If you reinstall the app or switch devices, open the Pro screen and tap Restore (or Restore Purchases). Purchases tied to the same Apple ID will be restored. If restore does not work, email us with the Apple ID email you used to subscribe (you do not need to share your password).

How do I delete my account?

Open Profile in the app and tap Delete Account at the bottom. This permanently deletes your account and training data stored on our servers. It cannot be undone. Canceling a subscription is separate from deleting an account — please cancel the subscription in Apple Settings if you do not want it to renew.

My scores are not saving

If you are not signed in, records stay on that device only. Sign in with Apple or Google so your history can sync. After signing in, play one more session and check again. If it still fails, tell us your login method and device model.

I hear no sound

Turn off Silent Mode, raise the volume, and check that the app is not muted in Control Center. Several listening games work best with headphones. If sound is still missing, restart the app and try again.

The app crashes

Please update to the latest version. If it continues, delete and reinstall the app, then restore purchases if you are a Pro subscriber. Send us the device model, iOS version, and what you were doing when it closed.
